As a Spiritual teacher and healer, Michelle helps individuals, families, and communities restore health, create harmony and become whole. Individual Sessions with Michelle are available in person in Bend, Oregon and/or at-a-distance on Zoom-Worldwide. She offers effective and transformational experiences that change lives. These include, but are not limited to, The Path to Freedom, The Shamanic Journey, Spiritual Healing, Soul Retrieval, Space Clearing and Blessing.

Michelle specializes in helping people of all ages and has certification and experience working with conditions such as autism, addiction, co-dependency, anger, shame, depression, and all limiting beliefs that leads to stress, anxiety, negativity, and hopelessness.

Michelle holds the intention for all to transcend limiting energies of fear and negativity. She helps people let go of past patterns so they may transform and become truly free. She is trained/certified in Core Shamanism, The Path to Freedom and Transformation, Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, Breathwork, Ayurveda, Spiritual Healing, Yoga for Children with Special Needs, and the joy of painting in oils and acrylics.
